CANCELLATION POLICY
Salon Booking & Cancellation Policy At Ember + Stone, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we have the following booking policies in place: Booking Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. 20% of the total service cost for services under $350. 50% of the total service cost for services $350 and above. If you wish to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. You may reschedule one time only using the same deposit. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment without losing your deposit. No-shows will be charged 50% of the total service cost and will be blocked from booking future appointments until the remaining balance is paid in full. Late Arrivals We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled at our discretion, and your deposit will be forfeited. If your stylist is able to accommodate your late arrival without affecting other clients, a $25 late fee will apply. This is at the discretion of your service provider. This fee does not apply to services that are running more than 30 minutes late, which will be rescheduled. Working Early / Late Hours We are happy to accommodate your schedule and understand that life happens. Our standard business hours are 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Tuesday–Saturday. Appointments booked outside these hours will incur a 50% additional fee applied to the total service cost, to ensure fair compensation for stylists working beyond their normal schedule. Service Timing & Expectations We take pride in creating beautiful, customized hair, which means your appointment may take several hours. Please book with ample time in your day to enjoy your service without rushing. If you are not completely satisfied with your hair, we offer a 36-hour redo policy. This is not a refund and must be completed or scheduled with the same service provider. Redo requests must be made within 36 hours of your original appointment.
